Re-scheduling or cancellations of appointments, whether in person or via Skype, requires a minimum of 24 hours notice if your appointment is scheduled from Tuesday to Friday, and a minimum of 48 hours notice if your appointment is scheduled on a Saturday or Monday. A cancellation fee of the full appointment rate will be charged if the minimum required notice as outlined above is not given.
For appointments via Skype, Zoom or phone which are pre-paid in advance when booking your appointment, this means that you will not be refunded the session fee for a late cancellation, for the reasons outlined above. Further bookings can always be made and you will be charged at the normal rate.
