After experiencing burn out in my early 30s from taking on way too much, I realized first-hand the importance of having a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. I spent a lot of time exploring different healing modalities and principles to restore my energy levels and health. That’s when I discovered the benefits of yoga, mindfulness and adaptogenic herbs which have anti-stress and fatigue fighting properties that rejuvenate and reinvigorate the areas in your body that need it the most. I’ve had a personal interest in wellbeing for most of my adult life.
